Nassau, The Bahamas – The Climate Change and Environmental Advisory Unit (CCEAU) in the Office of the Prime Minister is pleased to announce the selection of Ryan Munnings and Heather Brockbank as The Bahamas’ 2025-2026 Climate Change Youth Ambassadors.

The Climate Change Youth Ambassadors Program is a year-long leadership opportunity that highlights and empowers the voices of young Bahamians in addressing the nation’s most pressing climate challenges. Each year, one male and female candidate are chosen to advocate for climate action, lead youth engagement, and represent The Bahamas on national and international stages.
As Climate Change Youth Ambassadors, Heather Brockbank and Ryan Munnings will lead outreach activities, mobilize youth, and develop initiatives that strengthen national climate resilience. They will also co-chair the annual Bahamas Youth Climate Conference and represent The Bahamas at international forums.
The CCEAU congratulates both ambassadors on their selection and looks forward to working alongside them during their ambassadorship.
