Lewis Jr., the Member of Parliament for Central Grand Bahama was sworn in today (23 September) as Minister of State for The Ministry of Disaster Preparedness, Management and Reconstruction a new Ministry that will help to focus and coordinate the national response for the recovery and reconstruction of East Grand Bahama and Abaco in the wake of Hurricane Dorian. ?
