A one-year paid training and job placement initiative offering 6 weeks of classroom training (stipend provided) and 64 weeks of on-the-job experience at minimum wage. The pilot focuses on construction, mechanical trades, and maritime, with new cohorts launching in healthcare, hospitality, and administration.
The National Training Agency delivers soft skills, technical training, and City & Guilds international certifications across New Providence, Grand Bahama, and Exuma. Thousands have graduated since its inception, helping citizens build pathways to employment.
A structured paid internship that transitions successful participants into permanent government posts. This administration has confirmed over 700 regularized officers, including 10% persons with disabilities.

The training arm of the public service, offering continuous learning and certification for officers at all levels. Courses cover orientation, leadership, ICT, customer service, and ethics, alongside academic upgrades (BJC/BGCSE English, Math, and Office Procedures) to support promotions.
This year, 1,600+ public officers have completed courses with 239 earning upgrade qualifications.
